 Verified Airport Transportation
We just got home from The Bahamas and for the second year used Zena’s service. She’s no amateur. If you want your airport transportation to be seamless, efficient, professional, and responsive, you need Zena. I can’t imagine anyone else does it better!

Zena was awesome!! Picked up our family of 5 round trip airport transfer. Very professional, excellent communication, clean vehicles and she even gave us tips for navigating the airport and customs process. Would definitely use again and highly recommended!

 Verified Reliable, professional service
Zena was extremely professional and communicative. We booked a pickup and return from the airport to Baha Mar resort and needed a car seat for a toddler. Every detail was covered in her email and/or text. She was there as we walked out of the airport, car seat installed and ready to go. She communicated the day before our departure and had one of her drivers at the resort a bit early to pick us up and dropped us off at the airport. Highly recommend using Zena’s service.

 Verified Excellent Service
Zena and her team are fantastic. They communicate in advance of your trip with reminders and helpful tips. They were early each time to pick us up and texted to let us know when we were ready. Vans were clean and everyone was so friendly. Love supporting Zena and her growing business. I highly recommend using this service.

Verified Worry-free airport transfer and great customer service
Zena and her drivers are very professional and we are so happy we chose her service. She is excellent with communication and was able to address any concerns I had and made our trip less of a headache when there was other issues that had nothing to do with the transfer going on. I’d have to say the most seamless thing about our vacation was the airport transfer process. We had initially only booked a one-way transfer from the airport to our hotel, going under the assumption that the hotel had a free shuttle service back to the airport at the end of our trip. But we were given the wrong information and we were scrambling to find a way back. We thought we would go with someone a little cheaper, but they were not as professional and communicative, so we ended up going back with Zena and I’m very happy with that decision. I highly recommend this service for anyone traveling to the Bahamas.

Throughout our entire trip, my family and I exclusively utilized Zena for all of our transportation requirements. Given the size of our group, Zena was able to arrange our transportation seamlessly. Her service was prompt and professional, and her vehicles were exceptionally clean. My family and I visit every year and will only be utilizing Zena’s services in the future.

Zena’s service is outstanding! We used Zena’s Transportation for airport pickup and drop off & drop off and pickup for an excursion. We had a group of 17 and they were able to make accommodations for our large party with no issues. Zena provided excellent communication before and during our trip. She kept us very informed with the drivers vehicle and license plate # which really helped locate him. Our driver was very professional and was pleasant to chat with. He stopped at a grocery store which saved us time. I highly recommend using Zena’s transportation. We will definitely be repeat customers on our next trip to the Bahamas.

We have used Zena in about three different trips to the Bahamas and we’ve never been disappointed. It’s always been absolute perfection starting with the communication process to pick up times. She is extremely professional. Her vehicles are also spotless and very comfortable. She’s a joy to work with!
