I found Zena through a Facebook group. Booking with her was easy. Pick up and drop off at the airport was a breeze. The drivers were so friendly and gave the names of good local spots to try. She was even available to call at any point during the trip for a ride.

We have used Zena in about three different trips to the Bahamas and we’ve never been disappointed. It’s always been absolute perfection starting with the communication process to pick up times. She is extremely professional. Her vehicles are also spotless and very comfortable. She’s a joy to work with!

I’ve used Zena’s Taxi and Tours Services numerous times while staying at Baha Mar, and I cannot recommend her enough! From airport transfers to getting us to and from dinner spots and excursions around the island, Zena and her team make traveling completely stress-free.

On time and yet flexible with pickup and drop off.

Zena’s taxi service was very flexible and patient with us as our luggage was delayed and we needed to file a report. They communicated with us the entire time and the driver was friendly. They sent us an email for our pickup time and were prompt. They were even available for a last minute pick up into town for our large group of 14.

Pre trip communication was detailed and informative. The day before our trip, Zena was in contact about payment and details for our arrival. Our connecting flight got delayed and she was able to accommodate our change without any hesitation. Our driver upon arrival was FANTASTIC! We stopped for groceries on our ride to the resort and he was super helpful. The day before departure she contacted us and helped us with details for leaving. Would highly recommend her services!
